It wasn't until I studied psychology that I realized that the many self-proclaimed perfectionists I've encountered in my life, who while admitting what they felt was an admirable characteristic, where unknowingly, acknowledging a personality disorder.
There are 3 types of perfectionists:
1.) The self-blaming perfectionist, who is rigid and unrealistic.

*Perfectionism creates vulnerability to depression.
