Last night I held my 4th Annual Career Planning Day. This event which revolves around a myriad of career planning and development issues, is always a powerful reminder of why I do what I do, and why I love it so much.
Everyone had such wonderful insights to share from having the courage to give yourself an opportunity to succeed, to using the lessons learned from failure to reach future goals. It was a great night in which we learned the importance of dreaming in detail, and that most careers can not be planned because success is a continuous journey.
Below, success expert, Richard St. John, dicusses why people often fail after reaching success.
